GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

  • The warranty does not cover products that have physical defects such as: bumps, cracks, chips, burnt or burst components/parts, etc., damaged, removed or modified warranty labels or seals, products used in inappropriate conditions (improper supply voltages, exposure to large variations in temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, incorrect handling, use of products in conditions of humidity, dust, noxious substances or under the action of chemical substances, etc.), incorrect settings and installations, ungrounded sockets, penetration of liquids, metals or other substances inside the equipment, mechanical or plastic intervention on the products, connection or disconnection of certain components during equipment operation.
  • The products identified in this certificate based on the commercial name, code and unique serial number series S/N, benefit from the warranty within the period specified for each one, the warranty period being calculated from the date of invoice of each product.
  • The average duration of use of the products is 3 years.
  • The warranty is provided free of charge at the supplier's headquarters, Dual Computers SRL, on working days. The restoration to a state of conformity will be done primarily by repairing the product, within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date on which the consumer, as the case may be, brought the lack of conformity of the product to the attention of the seller or handed over the product to the seller or to the person designated by him on the basis of a handover-receipt document.
  • The period of non-functioning due to lack of conformity occurring within the warranty period extends the term of the legal warranty, of conformity and that of the commercial warranty and runs, as the case may be, from the moment when the lack of conformity of the product was brought to the attention of the seller or from the moment of presenting the product to the seller/service unit, until the product is brought into a state of normal use and, respectively, of the written notification for the purpose of collecting the product.
  • Durable products defective within the legal warranty period of conformity, when they cannot be repaired or when the cumulative duration of non-functioning due to deficiencies occurring within the legal warranty period of conformity exceeds 10% of the duration of this term,
  • at the consumer's request, they will be replaced by the seller or the seller will refund the consumer the value of the respective product.
  • Durable products that replace defective products within the warranty period will benefit from a new warranty period that runs from the date of product exchange.
  • The supplier will not be liable, in the event of product failure, for the loss of information or data, as well as for any damages suffered by the beneficiary as a result of these losses, the seller's obligation being only to repair or replace the defective product. The seller is not responsible for unlocking equipment that has been password-protected by the beneficiary.
  • The accumulators (rechargeable batteries) benefit from a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, except where otherwise specified.
  • Software defects are not covered by this warranty certificate.

BENEFICIARY'S OBLIGATIONS

  • In order to benefit from the warranty, it is mandatory to present the invoice and the warranty certificate. The product will be accompanied by all the accessories with which it was purchased and delivered.
  • Keep the integrity of the seller/manufacturer's seals, respectively of the service provider.
  • The power supply will be made only from a grounded electrical network and within the tolerance limits provided by the manufacturer.
  • Use only the original wiring elements of the equipment.
  • Follow the instructions for use of the equipment, according to the technical instructions given by the seller, respectively of the service provider.
  • Keep the integrity of the seller's seals, respectively of the service provider.
  • Confirm, on the service provider's documents, the work performed, by signing and stamping these documents.
  • Keep the documentation received with the equipment throughout the warranty period.
  • We recommend that the product must be accompanied by the original packaging to ensure the integrity of the product during transport.
  • Configuration changes and incorrect or unlicensed use of software products exempt the seller from any liability.

THE PRODUCT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS

  • Thermal, mechanical and plastic damage to the product due to accident, vibrations, weather, negligence in use or other factors independent of the manufacturer.
  • Use of the product in inappropriate conditions (e.g. inadequate supply voltage, non-existent or incorrect grounding, connection to a PC without grounding, action of chemical substances, noxious substances, smoke, dust or humidity, etc.).
  • Use of the product in applications that require performance and qualities other than those offered by the class and purpose for which this product is intended or outside its technical specifications.
  • Failure to comply with the instructions for use or installation provided in the product manual.
  • Defects of any kind arising as a result of normal wear and tear due to use of the product under recommended conditions.
  • Use of batteries, power supplies or accessories other than those produced, approved or recommended by the manufacturer or seller.
  • Changing the original state of the product through interventions unauthorized.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Repairs carried out to remedy defects arising from the above exclusion reasons will be subject to additional costs for spare parts, labor and transport, previously agreed with the beneficiary.
  • The warranty provided does not affect the rights of the consumer beneficiary in accordance with the applicable legislation in force regarding the sale of products and the guarantees associated with them.
  • The warranty is valid only on the territory of the purchase.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

  • In the case of remote orders, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a good or to give up a service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO 34/2014, the period for returning a product or canceling a service expires within 14 days from the completion of taking possession of the complete product.
  • Used, scratched, damaged products may benefit from the right to return, but the seller may establish and charge an additional fee between 0 and 50% of the initial value of the product, depending on the degree of damage to the initial shape of the product, the lack of accessories or packaging.
